Agate wrote: Tue Feb 01, 2022 5:27 pm Like the title says, I have a DUI Weight & Trim Classic in a size small, never used. Only pulled it out of the bag to take the picture and to dry it off one time it had some water splashed on it by accident. $120
Are you still diving? Hope you're well!

Restaurants so far do not seem to be aware of this new law about not allowing straws unless it was requested.

Re: Viz Reports Thread

In case you haven't heard, viz hasn't been great lately. There seems to be a little respite in hood canal based on reports late last week.
Let us know if you find better viz somewhere!

“2022: Require restaurants and food service businesses to only give customers disposable serviceware upon request, including plastic utensils, straws, condiment packages, and cup lids for cold beverages.” Is this in effect now? I'll be curious to know if restaraunts are going to keep giving us stra...

Re: Breakfast Rock

No, the domain is not listed as available. It's failing due to lack of maintenance. 500 error.

Thanks for the reminder about the way back machine. I'll have to add appropriate entries here or on pnwdiving .com for the sites he had not available elsewhere.

I believe HP 117's are the exact size/weight as LP95's, so why not just go with the hp tank?

NOAA current prediction stations

Hi! NOAA offers a very large number of current prediction stations for Puget Sound. Unfortunately, they offer a terrible UI experience to navigate to them. We recently (at least temporarily) added links to all the NOAA predictions to a new pnwdiving.com map. Has anybody found NOAA predictions useful...

Painted faber steel 117's are the best I've dived with! (Should look something like this: https://www.diversdiscountflorida.com/prodDetails.cfm?itemID=3247&6) I also sometimes also use 130's or 133's just because of the extra gas. They're significantly heavier. Of those I prefer the 130, but I t...

Hi! Looks like the wind forecast is not good for tonight. There's a lot of southwest wind in the sound making many of the sites questionable tonight. Think we'll sit it out unless somebody really wants to do cove 2.

Howdy! Who's up for diving this Thursday? Last week we had tons of small octos, bay pipefish of various sizes and colors, a horned shrimp, poachers, two stubby squid (one small, one huge), a whitespotted greenling on a big egg mass, tons of brittle stars and shrimp, a sea cucumber orgy, alabasters, ...
