Re: Weezle Drysuit Undergarments for Northwest Diving

The link on how to measure on the new website is hosed up....they are working on repairing it. In the meantime, I sent you my e-mail address in a PM, Gdog. Please send me an e-mail and I will send you the Weezle sizing chart and directions.

Re: Harvesting in the PNW

There is a great book on saltwater foraging, called "Edible? Incredible!". It is really good, and was written by Marjorie Furlong and Virginia Pill. Long out of print, but you can still get used copies off Amazon. It covers edible animals and seaweeds, their preparation and cooking, and gi...

Re: Tahsis, BC April 1st thru 4th (Long Winded)

H20 Doctor....You may want to do some eiting on the text if possible - the name of the dive site is MOZINO Point. It is one of my absolute favorite locations on planet Earth, both underwater and topside. In addition to the article that H20 Doctoer posted the link to above, if anyone is interested he...

Wreck of USS Conestoga found off California

Saw this on the BBC and thought it was truly interesting! Discovered off the Farallones Island, south of San Francisco. No mention of depth....

Does it have to be Scubapro? I may have a single, but I KNOW that I have one out in the garage for doubles!

Re: Cell Phone Service at Dive Spots

Verizon has far superior coverage. I have been able to send and receive calls at ALL of the sites you mentioned, plus Verizon even works out at Lake Crescent, (which was the original reason I switched to them years ago).

Re: Weezle Drysuit Undergarments for Northwest Diving

Just a note - Christmas is just around the corner! If you want to give or GET a Weezle this year, remember that the closer we get to December 25th the bigger the back-up runs at US Customs for shipments coming in from the UK! I currently receive Weezle shipments within 2 weeks, so let me know if you...

Re: Missing Diver - Tahsis BC

Mozino Point is an extremely beautiful but potentially treacherous dive site in the wrong conditions. I had one of the scariest dives of my young diving career at that site, a CO2 hit at 200 feet on CCR (everyone else had a great dive, so one person's experience can be different than others' - even...

Missing Diver - Tahsis BC

I just heard this - not much information. The missing diver is a 70 year old man "from Washington State" diving as part of a group. Does anyone have any other information or know of a group that is up there? This is tragic for everyone concerned.... http://www.cheknews.ca/police-search-for...

The Edmonds oil pier used to be my favorite shore dive site in Puget Sound....it was SUCH a damn tragedy when they ripped it out. I'm sad about it to this day....

Re: Weezle Drysuit Undergarments for Northwest Diving

I just bought an Extreme + and this is, by far, the warmest undergarment I have ever used. I have dove with several undergarments (including 4th Element Arctic, DUI, USIA, Weezle Extreme) and I have never been more comfortable than I have with the Weezle Extreme +. All I wear underneath is a wool b...
