Re: BLACKFISH
Yeah, I watched it. It was totally depressing. I mean, it's a great documentary, but it sure makes you want to burn seaworld to the ground, if that's possible. Yeah i second all that. Ignorance really is bliss i suppose.. I remember as a kid going up to Vancouver to see the belugas.. They are my fa...

The eastern side about 1/4 mile up from the tip seems like a nice little cove protected from the wind and such. I am a relativly new diver and i know it gets deep fast th...

Re: Anderson cooper more daring than i?
Yes it did say in the extended piece that they only dive 3 months of the year in the winter when their cold blood is even colder and are less active. The whole piece just blew my mind..like swimming with GW's wasnt enough. Id take my chance with the shark ...as the show said crocs kill wayyyyy more ...

Re: Non current sensitive "off the beaten path" dive sites?
What about Norrander's Reef? Only ever dived there once from shore, but I don't recall much for current. Harper Ferry? A shallow dive, but it can be dived on a big-exchange day when a lot of other places are off-limits ... or just for a change of pace kind of dive. ... Bob (Grateful Diver) My pal a...

Re: Making the best of a Orlando Vegan Dry wedding
Thanks to the serious responses....I will try Rainbow reef.. I contacted some Key largo dive outfit and they said 2 dives/2 tanks $75 so seems pretty resonable. The wife will just be posted up on the boat or beach as for she is carrying "the chosen one" (aka my spawn). If I dive at Rainbow...

or maybe just inject industrial strength drain cleaner directly into your carotid arteries as the ceremony begins? Ohh man you guys are killing me. I like the "valium sprinkles" over the drano arterie idea. Is the vandenberg too technical for me? I have been to 70fsw at Muk T-dock. Am wor...
