Forgive me if this is not where it belongs, but is there a way to tell when visibility will be optimal? I know diving in the winter helps, and also diving at high tide, but sometimes I would like to dive at low tide in the summer Is this possible???

Haha. Thanks! She goes everywhere with me, and probably loves the water more than all us combined

 I wanted to dive this place so bad. Now I am very depressed. Couldn't they just have moved them 200 yards north or something :(

Howdy!
I am a very new diver that has not dived for a few years. I am looking into getting back into diving soon, and thought that this was a good place to start. I live in Snohomish County and love being on the water/in the water, and out in the woods. Kola is my dog's name, and 16 is my favorite number.
