I've only got 12 dives under my belt, and they've all been in rented wetsuits from UWS. I've never been uncomfortable, even in 44 degree water, but I hate getting into and out of the damn things. That's my main reason for wanting a dry suit. I'm hoping to squirrel away enough money doing side work t...

Hey, Sasquatch, welcome to the board! These guys are great, good bunch of people to know. I'm in North Ballard, just about 15 minutes from Edmonds. Hope we can hook up with you for a dive soon!

Hey, looks like we share a first name, Joshua. Nice to "meet" you. I'm new to diving, so I mostly ask dumb questions around here, so I'm pretty usefull, obviously. Hope to hook up with you for a dive sometime!

Ahh. I see. I aspire, among other things, to become a hawk-eyed gear head. Have a great dive, you guys, and if you get a chance to take some pics of the sunken bridge, I'd love to see them! :supz:

Hmmm- *IF* the dive moves to the afternoon, I'll commit to the class, as long as it's after 2PM or thereabouts. I can wrap up my job early on Saturday and finish it on Sunday. Or possibly a Sunday dive?

Oh- OK, well, if you're sure I wouldn't be too much of a drag, I really would love to get a dive in. One thing I've been noticing is that, underwater, I can't hear my cell phone ring, and I really like that! Whoops- there it goes again!

Hmmmm- if nobody else is going, I might just bail out for this week- There's plenty of stuff I really should do instead; and I'm sure Calvin is dying to break his new doubles in right. Last thing I want to do is slow anyone down or make them cut their dive short.

I'll just carry the second one in my arms.... I'm pretty sure I can switch out tanks without surfacing. Anyway, I'll be there, and if there's nobody to pair up with, I'll just hang out and get some fish and chips, or see if there's another diver without a buddy to dive with there. You elitist double...

It's truly worth the hassle of going to Seattle Center. I was really impressed- stuff really does look like it's floating off the screen into your lap! IMAX Deep Sea 3D

http://www.imax.com/deepsea/ Anybody see this yet? I just checked it out, and it's pretty great. 3D has come a LONG way since the days when I'd go see "The Creature From the Black Lagoon" at the College theater near my house. The moon jellies and other critters really do look like they're ...

Thanks a lot for the dive last night! I, for one, had a blast. It was great to meet all of you, and I really appreciate everyone's friendly, helpfull attitude. (Except for Maverick.
