Whats the best dive to do at three tree?
I went there with my buddy and we must have dove to the wrong spot, from the beach we swam out to the first buoys out and to your right a bit (facing the water) we dropped down and looked at rocks for 45 minutes, did I miss something?

Yeah, I have 44 dives under my belt last time I counted, so yes I am new. I do ok with air consumption (at least I think), most of our dives lately have been in the 30-60fsw range and last around 45 minutes, my buddy has a higher SAC rate (thats what its called right?) and I usually end up with abou...

How much air to get to the cove 2 I-beams?
Hey everyone, not sure if this is in the right forum or not so feel free to move it if need be.
I am interested in checking out the I-beams out at cove-2 but all I have right now are single aluminum 80's
I am guessing to do this dive safely I will need more air then that right?

good coldwater gloves for a NW wetsuit diver?
Hey folks, I don't dive a drysuit yet (saving up) so I am still diving wet, I am doing ok as I usually am diving shallow (30-60fsw) but my hands have been getting really cold lately. I know this is largely in part to my body drawing blood out of my extremities to try and keep my core warm but I want...

THANKS!
Wow, thank you all so much!
I appreciate the tips on the Kayaks, I actually have access to a boat that is already geared up with a depth finder AND GPS, so we will probably make a go at them that way.
If anyone wants to tag along, hit me up with a PM and maybe we could set something up ...

All I have seen so far is the dock thats right there by the shore and the geo dome (along with all the stuff strewn about the bottom in between) havn't made it all the way down to the oil dock thing, is that div...

Well, I don't know much about drysuits, but my favorite LDS just down the street from me is a place called discount dive supply, they can usually hook you up and they test all their suits before they sell them. I am sure you are wanting to spend more, but I was out there the other day and they menti...
