dude; that sucks! my canon sd700is macro shooting range is listed as 0.79"-2'. that sounds about right - i take shots from about an inch away pretty often.

don't know anything about casio's, but some of the small canon point-and-shoots are known for great macro capabilities. ;-) one thing that really helped me a lot was knowing that macro mode only works when the lens is at normal length (as in, you can't use zoom + macro). again, this is just for the ...

i have dan preferred. i also have normal health insurance that would cover chamber rides and such, but dan has additional coverage ... and like you said, it's pretty cheap insurance.

did you read boydski's full cave course report on his website? it's not "cavern" but it's a pretty interesting read!

nailer, once you set fin in a cavern, you too will succumb to the desire to return and do a cavern/cave course. they are freakin' amazing!!!

what is wrong with these people? don't they know they're supposed to call in sick to work so they can go diving; not the other way around?
