I know its a little ways a way, but how about we dedicate the club dive at the end of the month to Jake?

Re: Cave line at Redondo? Give me a break!

I've been to the mystery dome a couple times, it is within 20 feet of the porch swing (West of I think). The dome is about 10-15 feet high, made up of PVC pipe and interlaced with hula-hoops, looks like an over sized version of a climbing dome you find in elementary school playgrounds and has a lawn...

Re: Lightweight, foldable, heavy duty plastic table?

I have the same table and it works great, the perfect size for a single setup. If any of you double rig divers were thinking about a table like this, this table has holes in it designed for adding a larger work surface toit. The packaging my table came with had instructions on how to mount a board o...

Re: Redondo never fails

"We actually went out to recover a crab pot"
Can you drop crab pots in Redondo? I always see signs by the stairs that say "Caution toxic shellfish" which I presumed covered crabs as well?

Re: Mask nose bleeds

Wow! A lot of great info here... I usually don't have any issues equalizing when I dive, and I do it frequently when I descend, so I don't think that is the issue. I thought it was me purging the mask wrong or something about the mask. This particular mask has a protected nose pocket rather than a s...

Add-On thigh pockets

I was thinking about adding on a thigh pocket to my DUI TLS 350. I've seen glue on thigh pockets, have anyone used these or heard anything good or bad about them?

Porthole 02/15

Went on my first NW boat dive this weekend with Porthole, we hit Agate Pass (my 1st drift dive as well) and a new dive site for Porthole called Boeing Creek. Vis was decent at Agate, but you're moving so fast its hard to look around, and forget about pictures! Boeing had great vis and there were plu...

Mask nose bleeds

I recently (December) picked up a Tusa Imprex III hyperdry mask with a purge valve. Since I've used it, I've surfaced more times than not with bloody noses. My last mask was a Tusa without a purge valve, so I don't think it's the fit of the mask causing the nose bleeds, but I'm not sure. When ever I...

When Burlington Northern has the right to tell Peace Officers they can write tickets..... then we have no need for local government. 0] D(B) Well.... technically anyone can tell a Peace Officer to write a trespass "ticket." First off, railroad tracks are private property, any property own...

Newbie...

Hello all... been reading through the board for a while now, so decided it was time to get off my butt and sign up. I live in the Kent area and my job has me rotating days off every 6-7 weeks. Half the time I have Wednesdays and Thursdays off. If anyone out there likes to dive Wednesday or Thursdays...
