I think it is the Brooding Transparent Tunicate (Corella inflata), not the bad guy...

Found about this site from a diver visiting Keystone Jetty from California, so here I am, I recognize some of the names from Northwest Diver. As everybody here (I assume), I enjoy diving, take pictures and do little bit of cartooning
