They are confusing, I agree. I think that #6 might be Hudson's Dorid ( Acanthodoris hudsoni). They too have yellow margins, many times it helps to add the scientific name for lot of the common names are confusing things more then they clarify, for example the Sea Lemon name is attached to yellow slu...

Buffalo Sculpin
Janna has explanation for the horns. When the Buffalo Sculpins are dead or about to die, the chin spines stick out like that. I agree, that fish doesn't look that healthy, although in general, this fish are not beauty queens ..
