Dave, I'm pretty sure the ones you saw and posted photos of were Coralline Sculpins. I wholeheartedly agree on your ID. Hi Jana, long time no see or hear. Just th fact that he is pulled up to the point that the mouth and under portion is exposed which you usually don't get. It's that time of year for the Shaggy mouse nudies in Port Townsend and they are sociable little critters.
