Re: Strongest currents
Warren Avenue Bridge receives my honorable mention for number two :) Outside that, how is that dive? I was skeptical of the dive initially but have to say it was one of the best dives in Puget Sound that I have done. Definitely up there with Deception Pass! I liked it better than DIW, Watermans Wal...

Deception Pass, by a long shot. Ripper of drysuits, mocker of divers...there are no atheist divers in a mistimed Deception Pass dive.

Fun dives. Sheep boats are at 80 and 40 ffw. The car is at 100-120 ffw. Nice Lake Crescent alternative.CaptnJack wrote:Wow interesting, never heard of these, guess I need to get out more :P
How deep are they? Looks darker than I'd expect.

Diving the 'Knot
As fortune had it, Norris came down with a sinus problem and I was able to steal one of his spots on Northwest Dive Charters trip to the Diamond Knot.

Hmmm, good point. And now that you mention it....I do recall moonshine being passed around at certain ThThTh dives...Tangfish wrote: I dunno, I'd say Jesse's habit of handing out straight tequila when we've barely got our BCDs off might be something we should factor into that equation

Oh man, which group do I claim allegiance to in this case?! I know, the one that ends up consuming more alcohol after the dive; I would be a natural citizen of said group. Hmmmm...for alcohol you gotta go with Bubbles and Suds. For big ass cameras you gotta go with ThThTh. I'd say you're win win he...

My favorite way to dive Edmonds is to take the following tour: 1. Out to boat yard 2. South to slinky 3. Over to Drydock for swim through and circle around 4. Follow milk crate line north to enhancements 5. Continue north for cathedrals swim through 6. Angle northwest for Lopez pontoon swim around a...

It’s been 60 years since the ol’ gal sank, and by all reports she’s starting to settle, but still one of the most iconic wrecks on the east coast. OceanGate and Argus Expeditions are planning a submersible dive expedition to the Doria this June with the 5-man sub Cyclops. The mission is to create a...

Had an opportunity to stay at Mike's Beach for the first time with friends....what a great time! My non-diving wife and kid had a blast in our little cabin right on the water. The location provided for easy access to flagpole...an extraordinary site, as well as the house reef. Octopus Hole and Sund ...
