edmonds closed?

I just got a new usia techniflex and I come down to edmonds, its 830 am, and the gates are closed! Why woukd that be, wise ones of nwdc?

Oily water spill maybe? Other than that I would not know. My geographical knowledge of the northern Washington area is in need of some help.

Thanks P. I only have two dives on it but so far, I LOVE it. Its flexible, which is what I was looking for.

This sometimes happens. All you have to do is call the Edmonds Police Department, and they will either unlock the gate or have someone from Parks do it.
