So happy for the squids and Octos! They are soooo cool!
There were a bunch out at Redondo the other night. I also saw a huge mass of squid eggs at Edmonds on Sunday!

I read an article a few years ago about the relationship between the hum bolt squid and the tuna fish. It stated that the two feed on similar prey, and with the tuna slowly becoming less of a competition the squid population is increasing dramatically.
