Nope, but I can tell you what you will see.... Mud. Lots and lots of mud. If you ever see it at a -3 tide, the only water left is on the east side of the bay, between the park and there, mud.
There has to be good diving in that area somewhere. When I finally find it, I'll make sure and post something. There is a little state park at the north end of Stretch island, the substrate there looks pretty rocky, that's on my short list of places to try in the near future.

Umm yeah lots of very shallow mud - at high tide.
