Summer is coming even if it doesn't much feel like it and the grass is growing! well the underwater stuff that covers everything till Aug. or so. anyway.
Even so despite the winds the first couple days we managed 4 good dives at Point Hudson in the 70 min range for the week. Thanks to all the growth the viz has closed in a bit but at 10 to 15' it was good enough to find tons of nudies. I just tallied it up and I saw 25 different types in those four dives and most of them on all the dives. Most were ones I see pretty regularly but a couple were in the rarely seen group.
There was quite an explosion of Fabellina pricei meeting and doing their thing and laying eggs. They are not one I see all that often. Another one I don't see all that much was the White lined Aldisa Which is very similar to the Yellow margin Cadlina only with white margins instead. Lots of others but I'll just post a few.
