ID help!

Post by Echo »

No pictures up as of now. I don't carry a camera yet, but hopefully H20Doctor got a shot.

There was a couple of mass-less, colorless, blobs, at the Possession Point Fingers today. They looked like maybe an egg mass? About 1"-1 1/2" tall cylindrical, blob. with rolls looking like the Michelin Man. Any ideas? I know, hard to get an idea on what I'm attempting to explain.

Maybe some sort of tunicate or nudibranch eggs?
Did it look like one egg, or multiple? Or ribbon-like?

Maybe a tightly closed plumose anemone? (they've got the Michelin Man rolls)
