Hi Jan,

Fascinating article; thanks for the link!

We've recently noted one or two Green Urchins with small patches of missing spines at the Feiro Center. Like you, I hope it's just a coincidence but the article makes it a little foreboding.

Strange, the sea star wasting syndrome has increased the urchin populations in it's wake. maybe this is Mother natures way of trying to balance things. We can hope I guess.
