San Juan Islands - 4/30

Post by Scubie Doo »

Went out with Silent World on Banditos today with Stephen, JPA, Eric, Jess, and other cool/new buddies. Had two great dives. One was at a new site called Bird Rock. The Candy stripes were out as well as a GPO and even a Lumpie :-) Think my Lumpie shirt brought us good luck. Have a great dive tomorrow, I'll be thinking bout y'all while I am in Seattle watching Jungle Book.

Cool bug, not sure what this was. It sure was tiny.

After shooting the bug, I looked up (I was at 15') and I saw a GPO in the open.

Have great day tomorrow kids :-)

The lumpy sighting will go down as legend. That was epic. Thanks for showing it to me. I haven't looked at the tape yet to see if it's in focus.

Awesome hydroid as well. Great diving with you. Oh yeah, the viz opened up today to about 25 feet. ;^)
