Well how many people do you know that own a tent/canopy? :luv: Unfortunately I am out of diving for a short while (I hope) due to business and family related dealings. It is just the wife and I working by ourselves until Nov. 12th. Besides Sund Rock has a curse :pirate: :stir:

I'm traveling on business this Thursday.

Visibility at Sund Rock was good below 25ft on Oct 24 & 25. There are LOTS of Wolf Eels in the holes along the base of the North Wall. The tip of the North Wall is about 75fsw, not sure if this is in ScubaJess' range. There are also several Wolf Eels along the 35ft contour of the South Wall.

The Skokomish River flooded last weekend and a lot of fresh water is sitting on top of the Canal. The halocline was at about 15ft last weekend.

I hope you guys have a good time.

Well maybe a curse for me. I have only dived it about 3 times and the first time I had 3 things go whacky so I called my dive. The second was just recent and a person who will remain unnamed accidentally took Nyquil and was unable to dive with me. :BDub: :boxer:

Hey Eric -
I can't make the Thursday dive but you can borrow my king canopy if you'd like. I'll be in the Microsoft campus/DT Bellevue area all day tomorrow and could bring it with me.

Not sure what you're driving now-a-days but in the bag the canopy is about 6ft long....

What time were you thinking?

I am planning on hitting Sund on Saturday for most of the day, so I might go elsewhere on Thursday. Let me see if Bassman is going to dive. We had been thinking maybe Fox Island West Wall and an inner site - Keith is starting to get "bored" with Redondo - I can't imagine why!? :stir:

How about Fox Island West Wall and then, The Tides Tavern, for a second dive?

And Eric, both dives are non current and tides is more of a shallow, bottle hunt.
But at Fox I West Wall, you might be able to see the whole giant nudie eating a tube worm. :supz:

Keith - I'm good with that for our dive plan.

All we need is a meet time for FIWW, then we can go from there.

And of course if anyone wants to join Yelloweye and ScubaJess at Sund that would be awesome as well! :taco:

Splash @ Fox Island W. wall @ 12:00 (noon'ish) and then Tides Tavern can be @ 2:30 or 3:00 pm'ish. Dive #3 can be a snack @ Tides Taveren!

I'm in. Assuming it's still OK to jump in off the dock?

OH, and this is NOT an attempt to hi-jack Yelloweye's Sund trip!

If I wasn't diving there Saturday I'd be all over it.

Multiple Thursday dive locations are awesome!

Haha, thanks to BillZ I have secured a canopy for tomorrow!!!

Any one doing a night dive + social hour at Redondo or 3tree tomorrow? we may join you after our day dives!

I'm thinking of taking off every second Thursday for the rest of the year for diving. tides are good those days.

So... is anyone doing evening dives?

Fox Island West Wall is canceled for today. ..

Bassman is hurting and I don't think I'll make the drive to Sund because I'm diving there Saturday.

Anyone?
