They look like cheap knockoffs. That's why you're having trouble in them "It's DUE!". I have one rule for my dive gear. If it ain't made of delrin, I don't put it on my body. If you have delrin condoms for sale, I'm interested. 4XL size is just fine. 5XL preferred if you have any.
