New from Colorado

Post by Ingrid »

Greetings everyone!
I just moved to Mount Vernon from Colorado. Been diving since the 1970's, lots of types (night, dry suit, wreck) and lots of places (caribbean walls, desert cenotes) but I've never been under in the pacific northwest. I hear its cold, and there are currents to understand. Glad to know there are lots of like souls to dive with out here! ~ Ingrid, icarlsonmd@gmail.com

Hi, welcome to the board! Yes it's cold but the diving is great! If you have questions or are looking for dive information or dive buddies, you will find this board to be a great resource. If you have questions about some of the more current sensitive sites, feel free to ask about them.

Welcome! The diving's a lot better in the PNW (from another Colorado diver).
