Diamond Knot?

Postby zbskii » Wed Jul 28, 2010 10:27 am

Hey, anybody know of a charter doing the Diamond Knot this year? I've heard August is the prime time to dive this wreck.

Thanks,
-Brett

The currents are great for the Knot during the first and last week or so in August.

Herald (Dolphin Charters) is planning to run charters those weekends as he usually does every year.

Check out Aqua Therapy. He was up there recently and will book charters if people are interested.

At this point, you might be able to find a cancelled day or a mid-week charter on a suitable tide day. Generally somewhere back in February I scope out a Diamond Knot weekend for July when the risk of fog is less. Its really only divable about 4 weekends a year and about ~12 days out of the intervening mid-week windows.
