2011 CRAWFISH BOIL!

It's CRAWFISH time again. Saturday June 4th. One more time we've got live crawfish shipping in from Louisiana. We'll be boiling them up at my house in a authentic manner. We've even got boily pots made out of old beer kegs. It's kind of potluckish. We'll be supplying crawfish boiled with corn, potatoes, and whatever else we decide to throw in, but it's up to you to bring side dishes, beverages, (or your own meat in you aren't eating "Mud Bugs

The schedule is fairly ambiguous. Somehow we need to have two guys in four different places at the same time. Odds are very good the shop will close early, and we'll begin having fun early afternoon, on into late evening. If you don't already know how to get to my house, swing by the shop. I live only a mile or two away, and I'll post a map on the door.
