I picked up a new, Sola 600 yesterday and am looking forward to trying it out soon.

Here's what I learned with my sola 1200. For closer up video the first level of light was fine. More than that and whatever I was trying to record disappears in a burning ball of light. I use the sola as a dive light when searching. Keeping it on the lowest brightness lets it last a little over an hour.

OK lets see a new camera for Ron,,,, Average maybe 6 months,,, That means around Christmas someone will get a nice camera rig!

I've had this camera for quite a while.
