New Toy

I picked up a new, Sola 600 yesterday and am looking forward to trying it out soon.

Here's what I learned with my sola 1200. For closer up video the first level of light was fine. More than that and whatever I was trying to record disappears in a burning ball of light. I use the sola as a dive light when searching. Keeping it on the lowest brightness lets it last a little over an hour.

I plan on using it in the red mode most of the time.....

If you had bought one of my lights for less money you wouldn't have that problem! and they will last way over an hour! :neener:

OK lets see a new camera for Ron,,,, Average maybe 6 months,,, That means around Christmas someone will get a nice camera rig! :smt064
