Polar Plunges are fairly common in The North. He was used the correct tools to get back on the ice and was coordinated with them. Seen a lot of drunks. None fell as gracefully as he. In short I think the guy was having a blast and if he had any booze it was only a nip. Of course, some who are Intoxication Experts might have a superior view
