The link below is to an article written by an internet friend of mine, who is an avid diver and gifted photographer in Southern California. It's about the sites he commonly dives, but the sentiments apply to any of us who find ourselves doing Cove 2 or Edmonds or Les Davis a few more times than we think is ideal.

Lynne: I think of the line from an old Joni Mitchell song, "You don't know what you've got till it's gone." I miss diving terribly and really look forward to the posts here. I'd love to sink down again at the old fuel pier at Mukilteo over scattering crab and schools of ratfish. Commonplace perhaps, but marvelous just the same. Many people on this board show us the beauty that lies right in front of us. No second guesses, my wife said to stop and I love her more than diving.
