Finally!!!

Post by Fishstiq »

Yes, it's true, Pez and I are finally card-carrying members of the "I've seen a Wolf Eel" club! :supz: Had an awesome dive at Les Davis on Saturday afternoon, and saw said wolfie in a hole in the middle of some of the bridge chunks (that's a scientific term). Got some pictures to prove it too, and will be posting them soon. Now if we could just get over that doggone Sixgill hump....... ](*,)

Shape of the face - That's the ONLY way I know how to tell, is by looking at the face!

Males have a very triangular shaped face if you're looking at them head on, and females have a more oval looking face when you look head on.

That's how!

Hey Congrats. if you thought that was fun wiate till you do get one to come out of his or her den and interact with you for a litttle bit now thats a real rush.

I get a real kick out of any time a sea critter of any type inter acts with me then you know thay are learning about you as well

I have had a wolf Eel at sund rock lit me pet it for two or three minutes
or at least i seemed that long to me the longer I spent running the back of my and down its side itwould just sort of roll to that side and come a little more out of its den

then off he went was a real treat for me
On a silly note My dive budy's daughter calles Wolf Eels
Grandpa Fish I think the name fite them
on going joke with Jay and I " Dude did you see the sise of that GrandPa Fish ?"
congrats and best of luck on that coveted 6 Gill Card I know Chuck and I are real proud of ours
