Sixgill released after being caught by fishermen...

The sixgill was picked up during a bottom trawl and was quickly hoisted and released. The whole event isn't shown, but it's nice to see them releasing it and not "screwing with it" while it was on their boat. That's a BIG fish - beautiful, and I'm glad it was put back to visit a diver on another day.

I wouldn't ever wish for one to be brought up on purpose, but it's interesting to see the power and size of one of these beauties.

Bonaire webcams

The reef pier UW cam doesn't seem to be working at the moment, but that would be the coolest one!

How cool would it be to do a Night Dive on the site with the Reef Cam? Can you see Sounder and his overcompensating 35 Watt Flame Thrower coming out of the darkness?

HAHA- I went to that view, and then thought "this sucks, it must be down". Then I realized it is night there, and checked some of the daylight shots!
