Every time I've used Underwater Sports' service department (Seattle) I've been very happy. I mail my equipment in. They've always returned it promptly, and at a reasonable cost. The techs, in particular Dane, have taken the time to call me and discuss any problems and options.
Additionally, when they couldn't fix my computer, they sent it back to Oceanic. It was returned in working order, new O-rings, faceplate, and batteries -- no charge. (I paid for shipping, whoop-T-doo.) I don't think it was even in warranty.
You guys rock.
