I was at 3 Tree Point this morning with a few buddies and saw something kinda interesting, but had forgot to ask what it was. It looked like some kinda of larvae or eggs or something.
So this is what I saw [cryptically]:
It looked like bananas hanging from a tree [just the bananas].
It was laying flat.
The "bananas" were ~95% milky white in color - some appeared slightly translucent on the outside.
The remaining ~5% had a slight brown tinge to it.
There are alot of "bananas" in the bunch.
Or maybe they were just bananas.... ](*,)

Yeh, I was with Cardiver on that dive. With 200+ dives and a large percentage of them at TTN, that was the first time I've actually seen a Squid while diving there! And then we actually saw two on that dive! Could have been the same one just following our lights, but it was Cool!
When we came upon the eggs the Squid was right there!
We are so buisy looking down at stuff during our night dive, I wonder how many times we miss something higher up like this squid was.
I try to make it a habit to look around, hoping to see a 6 gill some night.
