Holding pressure?

Post by Linedog »

With my regs and air integrated computer connected to my tank, how long should they hold pressure after I shut the tank valve?

Most of mine bleed down 1,000psi in a few minutes and remain stable after that for hour+

I am a big fan of "if it isn't broken don't fix it". So unless its obviously leaking badly I just dive the darn things.

Thanks, I watched it drop 100 psi in a matter of minutes and was just wondering. I'm a fan of not fixing working stuff also.

does your reg smile after you do this?
=============================================

- I got a good squirt in my mouth
- I would imagine that there would be a large amount of involuntary gagging
- I don't know about you but I'm not into swallowing it
