Hazard land T-Dock

KIMO & I dove at T-Dock, Muk. this morning 9/5. City of Mukilteo ordered and put fences on the land between hotel and stairs beach due trip hazard today. KIMO talked with city worker. They are looking for bid (hire company for fix). We don't know how long. A some damaged and removed some blocks last year winter due storm. A couple months ago, Somebody stole all (removed) blocks. A city don't want get a sue by someone if get a hurt by fell tip.

Stay open at stairs and walkway by hotel.
