Passwords and resetting

I am sure the solution is in front of me, but I can't seem to see it.
Where do I go to reset my NWDC password?
I set up this account on my admin setting, but will usually be logging in from my "non-admin rights" user account. Problem is, when I go to log into NWDC from that account, it does not seem to recognize my password (that I have written down)(I am assuming all responsibility for not recording it properly). On this (admin user acct) I log in properly because it is a remembered password, hence the need to reset it, so I can relearn it, so I can log in from my non-admin user account.
