ID Question

I shot this guy curled up in the hoof of the carousel horse at Redondo last weekend. Can someone tell me what the owner of the tendrils is?

Decorated warbonnet and I think the "strings" are from a spaghetti tube worm.

Yep it's a decorated, Nice large photo makes it easy. My first take was mosshead but in close it is clear that it's a decorated.
