Tanks for Sale

Post by dieseldude »

2 Steel 100's both recent VIP and current Hydro. They show some mileage on the outside but are still good tanks. $150/each. They have 32% in them now so if you don't have a Nitrox card to show me, I'll have to drain them. If it's an issue, I'll dive them and refill with air for you.

1set doubles steel 100's . Both are due for VIP and their 1st Hydro. I'm looking for $500 but will haggle a bit if you want to handle the services. I am not against breaking them down and sending them out if that's what it takes to get the sale. If someone is looking to get into their 1st set of doubles, for another $100 I can hook you up with a harness, backplate, and wing. The wing is a little over kill but I have made couple hundred dives on it with no issues.

I also have an aluminum 30 cubic ft pony bottle which I have slung as a bailout whether I dove single or double. It needs VIP too. Same deal, If you want I'll get it done for you. $75

I wanted to give NWDC first dibs. They'll go on craigslist in a week.
MJ

100's are SOLD
Doubles are SOLD

remaining pony bottles will go in for inspections Monday 12/2 but are still available-prices may alter slightly

This is the Luxfer AL30 which I purchased new 5years ago. It was originally yellow but has been stripped of paint.

This is a Faber Steel 40 which I forgot to post earlier. It has 50% in it currently and is do for VIP and Hydro. I feel like such a horrible tank owner all of a sudden. I am at least the 2nd owner of this tank. I picked it up from Blackwater a few years back. $75.

This is the 1st HP100. I picked this up in a trade with Dusty if I remember correctly. Looks to be 10yrs old. Hydro and VIP current and recent. I have no clue what brand. I can tell you it was a special series of tanks that were made with a 5/8 neck instead of 3/4. It has been a regular diver for me. Price as stated previously. I believe this tank has a 300 bar DIN valve and I don't think I have and adapter to make it yoke.

HP100 #2 is also a mystery brand and attained in a trade. Same age and condition but it has a normal 3/4 neck on it. This tank has a convertible valve.

The doubles were purchased by me for use as singles. I doubled them up shortly after. The bands and valves are OMS. The valves assy is the model which allows the center post to be swiveled. Valves and bands were new when I purchased them too. They are XS scuba tanks.

I have sale pending on the doubles and the 100's. I had an inquiry on the 30 but haven't heard back after posting the pictures so I will give it a few more days.
Thanks again,
MJ
