Potential Dive Shop?

I found out yesterday that the building at 711 S. 25th St. in Tacoma, just up the hill from Lighthouse, is for sale. It's a huge place, but the main feature of interest is a full-size pool. The place used to be a Boys' Club, and apparently it was built before Washington got scared to death of deep pools, so it's over 10 feet deep at the far end. This place just looks like a dive shop in the rough to me. I don't have any idea what to do about it, business isn't my thing, but if it's yours, or you already have a shop and are looking for a facility with a pool on site, it might be worth a look. I toss it out for whatever it's worth.

Edit: it's currently Big M Stained Glass. That might be useful information of anybody wants to go look at it, duh...
