Thanks, Laura! I was sorry I didn't get to go this year, and it was fun to see the people I would have enjoyed checking in with. But that guy with the gray beard -- gee, you'll hug ANYBODY!

I was going to go, but I got a DUI from my local shop. God shined down on me and provided a custom suit that fits me like a glove, brand new. The girl bought it dove it twice and decided she didn't like drysuit diving. And I love it! I didn't want the temptation as I have spend enough money for about 6 months.

Anyway, I love the fact that you can't walk through without someone from about every 5th booth knowing who you are. Looks like I would have really liked it. I will go next year, when I can come across something I really would like to upgrade and can do so.

Attendance looked kinda sparse. Where you there early or something?

Actually I was there late both days... The rush is usually in the a.m. or so I hear

No ... no rush this year. It WAS sparse!

the highlights of the show for me was the prototype scooter (28pd, Cuda Power), and the ShearWater NERD.

And of course getting to shoot the sh_t with with Josh and Rob awhile at the Adventures Down Under Booth. Thx again for all the help Josh. See you guys on the boat after we finish class.
