My drysuit has shrunk, the air in my tank tastes stale, the bifocal in my mask isn't strong enough.

My experience this week after being gone for a long time...

...you can't remember where you stored all your gear.

...in your stack of unopened mail, there's packages from scuba vendors... and you can't remember what you ordered.

...the tanks need another vis inspection, and you just had it done the last time you dove.

(Oh BTW, I'm back in Port Townsend again if anyone wants to go diving! I found enough of the gear, and the tanks are ready. Ha.)
