Burrowing Anemone?

Was diving at Fox Island West Wall and saw this.... thought at first that it was some kind of tube worm but then looked closer and thought it might be a burrowing anemone of some kind. Anyone know?

Looks a lot like a Tube Dwelling Anemone, but not quite. Any shots of it looking straight down on it?

it seems a bit stout for a tube Anemone.... but alas I don't have a shot from a different angle.
