I have recently watched on King 5 News:
"Local Scuba Diver Laura James Honored as a Sea Hero for the Month of August by Scuba Diver Magazine".

Here is the excerpt I have made from my DVR recording:

"Local Scuba Diver who has devoted her life to the health of Puget Sound has been honored for her work. Scuba Diver Magazine named Laura James as their Sea Hero for the month of August.

West Seattle blog reports that James and fellow volunteers have been involved in cleanups and environmental education for years.
James is also a film maker whos won Emmys for her work."

Thanks for the tip about Eugene N. Kozloff and his Marine Life books. I have just received the first book ("Marine Invertebrates of the Pacific Northwest") and two more are on its way.
Your suggestion about better white balancing my pictures will be tested soon in the water when the next time I go for a dive this week.
