Thank you. A snoot attaches to your strobe and provide a spotlight beam. This isn't my setup, but it shows the snoot.

Me too George. That is my fav too. I got the lighting from the snoot right on the edge of the eye, and it was in focus.

Ahh, The Snoot. I knew there was a technical term for that. I have a buddy that used to be way into [underwater] photography and he liked to call them "super soakers" (light soaking.) He would backlight and/or side light with one or two on remote strobes.
