good viz at Sund Rock for Wide Angle

Mark and I went to Sund Rock yesterday for a bit of fall diving in Hood Canal. We weren't expecting great viz because of all the rain on Saturday but we were relieved to find that the cloudy freshwater runoff was limted mostly to the top 25 feet. Below that it opened up to about 30 feet of visibility.
Lots of fish right now. Huge schools of shiner perch with an especially large school of rockfish at the Fishbowl, pictured here.
As usual there's some nice Lingcod hanging out at the Trawler
One of the larger male woflies I've been watching at the bottom of the North Wall looks more beat up than ever!
But he's got a mate to share his den with.
The Wolf Eels on the south wall were all fairly small. No big adults.
And it was great to see several large Sunflower Stars on the prowl this time
For this weekend at least, Sund Rock looks like a good bet!
