Northwest Dive Club

This isn't UW photography related, but I was pretty excited to finally see one of my photos posted in Seattle. Earlier this year I submitted several photos to a project to have them mounted on city bus stops around the Seattle area. I submitted several UW photos and was hoping they would get selected to show others the beauty of our waters. I threw in a photograph of Mt. Rainier too. To my surprise, the MR photo was selected. I received an email yesterday notifying me that my photo had been installed at MLK and South Columbia Way bus stop. I fought the traffic today to see this live a take a few photos. Was a nice Christmas present from the photos gods :-)

Congratulations. I am surprised thay did not use also your other entries for different locations. They are ALL winners.

Thanks Jan. I really liked to salmon and octo murals. Those would have been way cool to see at a bus stop

Happy Christmas too. I wish a UW pic was selected too. I would loved to have seen one of those at a bus stop.
