Look at these 'creepy' feet!!

Well, I've seen Creeping Pedal (aka Slipper) Sea Cucumbers oodles of times before, but always they appear very fixed in place and non-moving. But yesterday at Three Tree North, I found this little guy and just look at all those tube feet!!

I would never have guessed they had tube feet... I thought they just suctioned themselves to a surface and hung out.

Wow! That is GREAT! I've taken photos of them dozens of times and never even suspected that they had tube feet! I love learning new stuff like this!

Wow I didn't know they even had feet. Thought they were more like the California spiky sausages. Now they just need shoes

On your next survey could you give us a count of how many feet are on one.
Maybe we could do a sort of raffle.
Kind of like, guess how many jelly beans in the jar...
