A New Product for Divers Who Hate to Haul Their Gear

Post by dwashbur »

I created the item I call the Scuba-2-Go!! because I saw a need. After a lot of research and experimenting, it's finally ready for prime time. I've listed a few units on ebay, and hope it's okay to let folks know about it on this forum. If you are tired of schlepping your gear along that sidewalk at Les Davis, or dragging it up and down that hill at Sunny Side Park, or anywhere else for that matter, this system makes it easy. You can check out the listing here:

Feel free to ask questions, either by PM or on the thread. I'll answer as best I can.

Will it handle doubles?

At this point, no. If I got enough interest I might see about an adaptation for doubles, but since I've never used them, it wasn't high on my list of things to deal with :dontknow:

dont see my self useing one but thats is a grate idea
only thing left to worry about is what to do with it while you and your buddy are in the water
you just know some one would walk off with that handy little thing

Sometimes we use a bike lock to chain them together. Or, since they're made of aluminum, they can be left in the water while you're on the dive. Leaving them in about 8-10 fsw tends to discourage thieves real quick. Then they just get rinsed with the rest of the gear later.
