No need for the couch, Doug. Upstairs is a large bedroom and full bath. There is also a "media room? with a wet bar!

We put a hot water 'hose' outside to rinse our gear when we re-plumbed our house! Its bliss!!!

My builder has promised a move in date of June 6th and I can hardly wait!

Looks nice Ron, but I must say, in a fit of jealousy, or envy or whatever, it sure looks like your awfully close to that volcano! I'd feel safer building on a cliff known for frequent slides......

Thanks, guys! The view is amazing. That shot is from my front porch, so I'll have a great view when she blows!
I think that the party will be sometime in July or August but anyone who wants to venture out to the Claw is welcome anytime. There is always ice cold beer in the fridge. :occasion5:

Congrats Ron ... that looks like a really nice place.

I was lucky enough to only have to spend six months in an apartment after my divorce ... but my house is nowhere near as nice as yours ... some things are worth waiting for.

That's awesome, I like the fact that the yard is done. Around here the builders leave the yards totally unfinished. My house is 2 years old and I'm still trying to get the yards figured out.

I love your garage, I mean house, Bob! You are so central to everything up there. I've got one hell of a drive to every dive. Not that big a deal a couple of years ago, but now........
