I wonder if search engines (msn, google, yahoo) are going to be able to find the content in these opt-in forums

Yeah, I'm "in" but can only read. The forum shows it as being locked from new posts.

Maybe it's a joke. Nailer is in his secret lair, rocking back in his chair laughing that evil maniacal laugh... :evil4:

OK, I think I fixed it- all by myself, even. No evil plans were used in the unlocking of this subforum.

I still really like the secret lair evil laugh visual though, so I'm going to pretend that's what happened.

Haven't been spending much time in the secret lair- my evil army has been calling lots of evil staff meetings. We've been having trouble getting evil supplies out to our evil troops in a timely manner- the whole evil chain of supply is buggered up something fierce. I had to demote my evil quartermaster general and replace him, which was a bummer- we graduated from the evil academy together, and I'm godfather to his evil firstborn son. But he just wasn't getting the job done. He's threatening to resign his evil commision over it. I wish him nothing but the best, but I fear he may go over to the light side.

Have you considered adopting some of the elements of the evil Toyota Production System? It's all about eliminating waste in the evil value stream, from your evil suppliers all the way down to your evil customers. It empowers the evil workers to stop the evil production line (by pulling the evil andon cord) if they see something not quite evil enough, and the entire evil organization works together to solve the problem and restore evil.

The last time one of my evil Officers "empowered" the evil workers, everything got so screwed up, I can't even tell you.....It was like a convention of those people who write the poetry in Hallmark cards around the evil HQ- had something to do with them wanting to co-opt the really good, sweet, nice people and inject evil ideas into them slowly, but it backfired in the worst possible way- there were inflatable smurf dolls, spongebob stickers, giant paper hearts, stuffed animals, and sparkly balloon bouquets all over the place- I found the whole staff sitting out on the evil artillery range, glassy eyed, singing "Kumbaya."

NEVER empower your evil subordinates- they deserve nothing more than the whip and the boot.
