another vote for the comfobite... no biting down for me to get a good comfortable seal which for me = zero jaw fatigue and mouthpieces that last more than a decade. At 10 bucks a pop thats one cheap mouthpiece IMVHO.

And no worries about chocking an OOA diver.

I just went through a lot of air too Dave.... laughing at the sounds you were making in the vid...

I am late to the thread. I just got news about DC from Waynne when we tried to get DC gloves for Jen. (I have a set, bought at Waynne's recommendation, and love them.) But then I started thinking... if the o-ring in the system is not a standard size, you'd be in a pickle if you needed a replacement...

thank you for straightening me out on that issue Camerone, I've been of the impression that they had strict control over transporting cylinders even in the private sector. I've done a bit of searching and while I cant find anything that specifically pardons us from observing the same restrictions as...

Argon is inert and any cylinder can be used for argon without any special cleaning etc. Don't say that too loud... I heard rumors that some shops like to charge for Argon clean tanks... As one shop handed me back my freshly hydroed 3cf bottle, they remarked how dangerous it is to VIP my own tanks s...

the tank is (if I'm not mistaken) a big DOT violation though if it's strapped to your back it is upright and secured... hmmm that's interesting. I'd suggest getting a trailer. They're not that expensive and you'd be amazed at how handy they can be... or get a side hack and it'll serve double duty! :...
