As a dive buddy, if you are farther away from me than visibility allows, its the same case. The light canon is merely overcoming poor buddy skills. Sometimes sh_t happens, and when it does, you follow the lost buddy rules. You signal, wait for a response, and then hit the surface. I've had strong b...
